Nvidia designs the computer chips, known as GPUs, that power most of today's artificial intelligence, as well as gaming graphics cards and networking equipment for data centres. Most of its revenue now comes from selling AI chips and systems to cloud and technology companies. It also builds software for biology. BioNeMo is a platform for AI models that read, predict and design DNA and protein sequences, and Clara Parabricks speeds up the analysis of genome sequencing data. Drug makers, biotech companies and research labs use these tools in medicine and enzyme research.
